Classes
NEW in Lakeshore!
HULA HOOP Fitness
If you are looking for a fun and easy way to strengthen your core muscles and you want a change from Yoga and Pilates, give this class a try! Hooping is a great way to burn calories (between 400 and 600/hour) and tighten the core. Beginning Level hooping is a no to low impact activity. This makes it ideal for people with joint issues affected by impact. The fitness hoops provided in class are heavier and bigger than the children's hoops you would find in most toy stores. There are also portable hoops to take to the park. I am a certified Hoopnotica Instructor, Levels 1 & 2. For more information about Hoopnotica, please visit their website www.hoopnotica.com. 6 weeks of classes $70 beginning Wednesday, September 15, 2010.
